Morning Smoothie:
1 cup of coconut milk
1 large handful of fresh spinach
1 cup frozen berry mix
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
Lunch:
Quesadilla
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Salad
2 cups Spring Mix salad
3/4 cup cooked chicken
5 grape tomatos
3 small mushrooms
a little bit of onion
1/2 cup cucumber
1 hard boiled egg
Mid-day Latte:
2 Tbsp. ground espresso
1 cup Trader Joes unsweetened vanilla almond milk
.5 tsp cinnamon
.5 tsp vanilla extract
This is the milk frother and stove top espresso maker that I used.
Snack:
peanut butter
Dinner:
hefty Tbsp. of olive oil
1/2 link of kielbasa sausage
small handful of raw broccoli
3-4 small sweet peppers
1 cup frozen green beans
2 tsp poultry seasoning
Sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. coconut flour
2 Tbsp. coconut milk
1/2 cup shredded parmesean
1/2 cup marinera sauce
